Find a home you like online? Tell us! As a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, our team has access to any home you find online. This means you don’t need to wait for an open house to view a property - we can facilitate a private showing any day of the week!

 

Take a Tour 

Let’s face it, the homes you find online may look a liiiittle different in person. Take the time to tour the home and property before getting excited about an offer. You might save yourself a lot of time!

 

Be Prepared!  

Desirable homes can sell quickly, sometimes just a day or two after they're listed. Be prepared to make an offer by having a pre-approval letter, an accessible down payment, and some time set-aside to get out and view homes.
